These Terms of Service govern your use of OmniProfit (the site feehelper.com and all associated tools, including the profit calculator and editorial content). By accessing or using the site, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part, do not use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

OmniProfit is an informational tool, not financial, tax, legal, or business advice.

The calculator uses simplified 2026 baseline fee schedules for Etsy, eBay, Shopify, Amazon, and Vinted across the United States, United Kingdom, and Germany. These schedules are researched from public sources but are not maintained in real time. Actual fees for your account may differ based on your seller tier, category, subscription plan, promoted listings, fulfillment method, or negotiated terms.

Break-even calculations, margin projections, and smart tips are estimates only. They assume you have entered accurate inputs (item cost, shipping, ad spend, packaging weight) and that the platform applies the standard fee schedule to your sale. VAT calculations assume the statutory rate for the region shown and do not account for reduced rates, exemptions, or OSS/IOSS filings. EPR calculations use indicative per-kilogram rates published by German compliance schemes in 2026 and do not constitute registration or filing advice.

You are solely responsible for the pricing, tax, and compliance decisions you make based on output from this tool. Before pricing a real listing or filing returns, confirm current fees directly with the marketplace and consult a qualified accountant, tax advisor, or attorney in your jurisdiction. OmniProfit, its authors, and its operators accept no liability for losses — direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise — resulting from use of this site.

You may use OmniProfit for personal and commercial profit analysis at no cost. You may link to any public page and share screenshots of calculator results. You may not:

• Scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the site without prior written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code beyond what is publicly served to your browser.
• Use automated tools to submit requests at a rate that degrades service for other users.
• Circumvent the cookie consent banner, ad-blocking the site is fine, but tampering with consent signals is not.
• Use the site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to others.

OmniProfit's interface, code, editorial articles, and branding are protected by copyright and trademark law. Platform names (Etsy, eBay, Shopify, Amazon, Vinted) are trademarks of their respective owners, used here for identification and comparison purposes only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

Exchange rates are fetched from a third-party API and may be stale by minutes or hours. Fee schedules reflect our best understanding at the time of writing and may lag behind platform changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniProfit and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the site or any content on it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

The site uses Google AdSense to serve advertising, and a third-party exchange-rate provider for currency conversion. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Links to external sites are provided for reference only; we do not endorse or control their content.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site operator is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are preserved.
